Put Your Website to Work In today’s business plans, most home builders have websites to help promote their company. However, are these websites set up correctly to offer the best return on investment? Hundreds to thousands of dollars are being spent to design and develop these sites with one goal in mind: to produce the most leads through the website. One reason some websites aren’t generating as many leads as expected is that they don’t offer enough contact information. For example, there may be a Contact Us page (with a form) and a phone number; but this is not enough. The image below is a good example of a home builder website without sufficient contact options. Note there's a Contact Us page in the navigation but no phone number in the header. After clicking through several pages, there are no other forms or ways for a visitor to submit their contact information.
